After a two year hiatus, the famous Goose Fair returns to Nottingham for 10 days! Stop by the Forest Recreation Ground from Friday 30th September – Sunday 9th October and enjoy fair ground rides, games, food stalls and more! OCTOBER EVENTS AND THINGS TO DO IN NOTTINGHAM
Each year the picturesque town of Southwell celebrates their unique heritage as home of the country’s favourite cooking apple at the Bramley Apple Festival. This year the festivities will take place on Saturday 29 October, with dozens of stallholders offering all manner of food and drink including pies, chocolates, jams, chutneys, pickles, sausages and much much more and once again this year we’ll be having live cookery demonstrations and fun children’s activities!
The annual Mayhem Film Festival showcases the best in horror, sci-fi and cult cinema each October at Broadway cinema. Back for 2022 with a full-flesh four-day event from Thursday 13th October – Sunday 16th October, you can expect screenings of fantastic films, documentaries and the ever-popular Short Film Showcase.
